You can contact me however you prefer, on WhatsApp or via the website form, and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
We will arrange a 15 – 20 minute call. It will be a first chance to get to know each other a little, for you to tell me what you need, and to see how I can help. It is free, with no obligation.
If you decide to go ahead, we will schedule the first session. We will look in more depth at what is bringing you to therapy and set the goals together.
We will find a day and time that suits you. You can choose online or in-person sessions, whatever is most comfortable for you.
Step by step, at your pace, we will begin regular sessions and work through your therapy together.
