Over time, and as you improve, we will space the sessions out. In any case, we will decide together from the first appointment, always adapting to your needs.
There is no fixed timeframe, because each person goes through the process differently. What is certain is that we will work so that, little by little, you feel more relief, have more resources, and gain greater confidence in yourself.
Yes, I offer therapy both in person and online. Research shows that online therapy is as effective as in person therapy, and many people find it even more comfortable because they can attend from home. In the end, it depends on what you prefer and what feels most comfortable for you.
