My approach
My name is Lucía. I am a psychologist specialised in depression, and I support people who feel that sadness, emptiness or lack of motivation has taken over their lives. I offer sessions online and in person, so you can choose what suits you best.
I know how hard it can be to wake each day with the sense that everything feels too heavy. Many people I speak to tell me they have tried to push themselves to go out, to smile or to keep to their routine, yet they run up against the same wall that seems immovable. I understand how exhausting that is.
This is why I do not believe in empty advice or stock phrases. I prefer to accompany you with warmth, respect and practical tools that you can apply in your daily life. I want you to find a space where you can let out what you are carrying, without feeling judged and with the reassurance that what you share matters.
My way of working is integrative, combining resources from cognitive-behavioural therapy and third-wave therapies, because each person needs a different path. Beyond technique, what matters is having someone who truly listens and walks alongside you in this process.
My aim is that, little by little, you feel that your life makes sense again, that you regain calm and hope, and that you learn to manage what you feel in a lighter, more manageable way.
